Which would you do first?

If you were a nurse..
say you had two patients on your scheduled shift..one is crying out and is extremely restless, and the other is scheduled for a chest xray.which would be your priority to assess first and take care of first?Which would you do first?
The one who is the least calm since the calmer person will be a lot more patient and understanding, unless its because they are in shock...
Radiology should be coming for the chest X-ray case.
Your attention should be on the other patient.
