Which birth control is better---the shots or the vaginal ring?

Which birth control is better---the shots or the vaginal ring?
I vote ring....if you develop a reaction to it you can take it out and be done with it.
If you have a bad reaction to the shot you have to wait for it to leave your system.
It will depend on your overall health history as to which one will be safer. Your dr can tell you for sure which one is going to be a good and safe option for you if you have certain health problems, etc.
