Why am I leaking breast milk and on my period also?

When I massage my nipples, breast milk comes out, but I am on my period.Why am I leaking breast milk and on my period also?
If you recently had a child this is normal, if you have not just recently had a child over stimulation can cause the production of breast milk. However, I would STRONGLY suggest you go see your OB/GYN to make sure it is breast milk and not discharge.

Are you pregnant or just had a baby? This can be common. Or maybe you had a miscarriage. You can put a cold compress on you breast to stop the leaking. Also don't stimulate them especially in the shower.
