Hi guys
I just wanted to know which vegetables and supplements are best for making the skin clear and radiantWhich vegetables/supplements are great for the skin?
Avocados are rich in omega 3 fatty acids - they work wonders on your skin (both by consuming and using as a facial mask). Soy is also amazing for your skin and general health. In general...all vegetables/fruits are best for making the skin clear and radiant. One of the best thigns you can do for your skin is to drink lots and lots of water and be sure to moisturize day and night!
drinking a lot of water, eating a balanced diet with enough protein, whole grains, fruits/vegetables, and avoiding sugar, soda, caffeine.
