Which is the best contraceptive pill for women?

*one that got less side effects but a very good at contraception!Which is the best contraceptive pill for women?
Its different for each woman.
I am on Kariva (Pill) and have had no side affects.
an aspirin is the best....when sex is asked for, you simply place the aspirin between your knees and squeeze tightly and hold on...good luck
I would like to recommend low-dosage oral contraceptive such as Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo. It's just as effective as other oral contraceptives with higher doses of hormone (such as regular Ortho Tri-Cyclen), but with fewer side effects. I also like the regular 28-day regimen better than the newer drugs - I think it's always good to wait 7-10 years for a Rx drug to be out there just to be sure that it's safe and effective.
Personally I was on Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo for 2 years and loved it but had to switch to its generic version (TriNessa) because of insurance issues. It's all the same, basically - TriNessa, TriSprintec (sp?), etc...
Good luck!
