Certain Dry, but it can ruin shirts made of delicate material that touch up against your arm. The best thing to do is get botox shots under you arms by your dermotologist and it stops sweating there for 3-6 months.
i find "Mum" works well for me
Mitchum. It not only keeps you dry, it also prevents odor, I've used it for many years and recommend it highly.
