Why am i spotting?

i have pcos. i havent had a period in over a year because of it. wellt oday i was spotting.t here was a little pink on the toilet paper. me and my fiance are trying to conceive so should i take a pregnancy test or what could be causing it?Why am i spotting?
If you haven't had a period in over a year, you really need to see a doctor. Never having a period means that you aren't ovulating--which would obviously make your odds of pregnancy very low. A good doctor can help you treat your pcos, and greatly increase your chances at a healthy pregnancy. As for the tiny amount of spotting?? That is very common with irregular/annovulatory cycles, but it never hurts to take a pregnancy test just to ease your mind. Good luck.
maybe its because you didnt have your period in a long time and the baby is presing down on your uterus but you need to go see the doctor about that
Since you and your partner are trying to conceive, it might just be spotting from the vaginal walls rather than from the uterus. In trying to conceive, sexual activity might be more frequent and cause irritation that might lead to a little spotting.
You can take a pregnancy test, though, if it will make you feel more comfortable.
.
do a pregnancy test, sure. but you should also consider seeing your doctor, as the lack of periods means you're probably not ovulating.
Yes, I think you should take a pregnancy test in a week or two. You should spot when your egg attaches itself to your uterus. So give it about a week so that your hormone levels get high enough for the test to detect.
GOOD LUCK!
Go to the Dr. and have it checked out ,to make sure of what is going on. He will do preg test, and then you will be 100% sure. Good luck!! hope all is well
