Which oils are not safe to use on the skin during pregnancy?

I was reading in my pregnancy book that aromatherapy oils are not safe to use during pregnancy and also some other oil and i was wondering if this was safe for me to use in the lemon oil there is these kinds of oils:grape seed oil, apricot oils, avacado oil, lemon peel oil, safflower oil, aloe leaf oil, macadamia nut oils.. are these safe to rub all over my body?`Which oils are not safe to use on the skin during pregnancy?
Aromatherapy oils or essential oils are very powerful, so extra care is needed before using them especially when someone is pregnant. It is always a good idea to check with a professional aromatherapist, herbalist, or dermatologist and your OB/GYN when in doubt. A massage therapist who specializes in pregnancy massage is another good source to ask about what oils you can use.
Use the smallest amount of oil as possible until you know how your body will react to it. You do not want to use the oils directly on the skin without using some type of carrier oil first like jojoba, sweet almond, or grapeseed. Jojoba oil is closet to the natural oils that the body produces. The sites below will give you a list of the oils to avoid during pregnancy and other helpful tips when using aromatherapy oils or essential oils. I did not see any of the oils you listed as ones you should avoid, but still take caution when using them while pregnant.
Actually the real question is,are you sure that your not allergic to any of this oil.Its a risk having to use untried things while your at your pregnancy,it might have a bad effect on your pregnancy.Take care.
