Why are you not supposed to keep condoms in your wallet?
because they can get damaged.. and trust me you don't want to be using a damaged condom. while in the wallet chances are that the wallet is in someones back pocket and the heat that your body gives off is not good for it. also if your wallet is left in the sun a lot thats not good.
Nicole is right; they can easily get damaged in a wallet. Between the constant temperature changes, it weakens the quality and structure of the latex.
Furthermore, many people put the condom in there and leave it for months without thinking about putting a new condom in there. Condoms should be discarded after three months, and most people just leave them in there for six months or longer. The thing would be pretty brittle and ineffective by that point.
