When using a douche bag how do i know if im clean or not?

this is my first time and im kinda confused and nervous that it didnt work and i just need some help and i cant ask anyone else cuz theres no girls in the house right now so please just help me and please be serious like i said it was my first time.When using a douche bag how do i know if im clean or not?
Douching is not recommended. It will flush out all the good bacteria (yes there is good bacteria in the vagina). If this happens, you can get a yeast infection, or bacterial vaginosis. Your body cleans itself naturally. Just wash the external genitalia with gentle soap and a washcloth.

You should never use a douche anyways it just causes yeast infections, just use some warm water and squirt it in there. The vagina is a self cleaning organ anyways.

First of all, you probablly shouldn't be douching. Dr.'s don't recommend it because it can disrupt the natural balance in your vagina. If you did do it already, then you're clean. Don't worry about it. A warm wet wash cloth is usually enough to gently clean your private parts.
